I got a new iPod classic yesterday and have been having trouble getting it to sync with my computer. I followed the instructions I received with the iPod, but every time I try to sync it, it loads two podcasts (it won't sync music--I don't know why) at the most onto my iPod before an error message pops up. I have gotten two different error messages, the most common being this:
QUOTE Attempting to copy to the disk "iSpot II" failed. An unknown error occurred (-69). The other error message I have gotten is QUOTE The iPod "iSpot II" cannot be synced. The required disk cannot be found. I don't know what's going on...I've tried the five Rs--reset, retry, restart, reinstall, and restore, but it's still not getting better. I'm not sure if this information is relevant, but I synced my old iPod (iSpot I Edit: I forgot to say that I also tried putting it in disk mode and it responded the same way.
