Monsters at Hogwarts: Closer Than You Think
by Xenophilius Lovegood

Biography
Xenophilius Lovegood, known as Xeno to his friends, is the editor of The Quibber. His open-mindedness may seem a bit odd to some, but Xeno rejoices in the celebration of all beings, even those whose existence is doubted. Apart from his writing and editing duties, Xeno enjoys many hobbies, including traveling with his daughter and recreating the lost artifacts of Hogwarts founders.

Abstract
In the summer of 1994, Remus Lupin was revealed to the world to be a werewolf. Newspapers and magazines across the wizarding world in the United Kingdom took this news and ran with it. Some considered him misunderstood; others called him a threat to the safety of the children at Hogwarts. But in all the confusion of the werewolf story, another monster slipped through the cracks undetected. Only The Quibbler, a small magazine dedicated to seeking truth and justice, discovered and exposed the well-kept secret. Here we present the expose article in its original published form, never before read by Muggle audiences.
