This is my absolute favorite drawing of hers. I remember Chickadee posted it during the DH reading groups, and I fell in love, Just the detail of Hermione's jeans..and the tenderness of the kiss. It's absolutely beautiful, don't you think? ![]() (Oh, and I do know you used it in the collage, but I wanted people to see the full effect) That's an awesome picture and I can't explain it, but I love the shoes. I know, weird. -------------------- ![]() Win-gar-dium Levi-o-sa Ron Weasley: He Does it Anyway. |

Well, once again, the FFA thread has introduced me to an awesome new fanartist! I'm loving everything I see!
Another of my favourite images from mary-dreams is this amazing vision of Ron destroying the horcrux/locket from DH -- I think it is an interesting (very Italian!) notion that the images from the locket are nude. The look of determination on Ron's face is palpable! You can see the full-size image here in the FanArt Gallery. Just awesome! I also love this one. I think what I like most is the emotion in everyone's faces-- Ron looks totally anguished, but determined, and the shock in Hermione's face is just perfect. Wonderful picture! -------------------- ![]() W.L.Y.J. We love you Jo |

Probably one of the most beautiful pieces of Ron/Hermione fan art I have ever seen is this incredible autumn vision by mary-dreams --
The muted colours are absolutely gorgeous, and the play of light and shadow are sheer perfection! This post has been edited by Hagiographer13: Apr 29 2008, 03:44 PM -------------------- |

So Mary-Dreams just posted this wonderful piece of art depicting the escape from Hogwarts to her deviantart account
![]() Click here to see the image full sized art. I think I actually like it better than the cover that Mary GrandPre did for the US Deluxe Edition of Deathly Hallows! The coloring is just amazing. The sky is a beautiful rainbow of colors, which reflects so well in the water below. The mountains are such a realistic spectrum of greens that they give the picture an extra realism. The artist is able to really capture the iridescent quality of the Antipodean Opaleye dragon being lit by the setting sun. Then of course their is the trio hanging onto the dragons back! They are just fantastic! I just can't describe how much I love this piece. It is just amazing in so many ways! This post has been edited by Hagiographer13: Sep 17 2008, 10:35 AM
