a heavy blood stained axe is mentioned in room of requirements . Is it the same axe which was used to make nick nearly headless???

I was reading COS and during the whole Deathday Party I was wondering if Nick could have asked someone to find his body and cut the rest of his head off and if that would make his ghost body headless. Nick always talks about being in the Headless Hunt and if somebody could finish the job and he could be in the Headless Hunt that would pretty cool for him.
