Harry and Ginny's kids:
James: already styled in the footsteps of his grandfather and named after him; he'll be a consumate prankster with his friends, innately smart and so not have to study much play lots of Quidditch and then become an Auror.
Albus: Having a big brother like James to look up to, will also get into the pranking business at school, but likely be more studious and end up a famous Quidditch player, having seen his brother give it up for being an Auror and deciding to follow in his mum's footsteps.
Lily: will be popular, play quidditch and become a talented alchemist.
Hermione and Ron's kids:
Rose: will defy her dad just because and date Scorpius, do extremely well in school and become a wizard hair stylist running shops across the country and later all over the world with her acute business acumen.
Hugo: Will be a consumate prankster in school, do moderately well and play quidditch, he'll become a Dragon Tamer under the guidance of Charlie and within a couple of years actually be the one to introduce Charlie to a woman he ends up marrying...finally. And no, she doesn't look like a dragon!
Remus and Tonks' kid:
Teddy: all grown up by the time we saw him, he was a consumate prankster as well like his dad and dated a bit before finally realizing he loved Victoire. He'll marry her soon after she graduates and while she will go on to become a fashion designer, he will have already become an Auror like his godfather - his skills as a metamorphmagus making him 'just what they need'.
Draco and Astoria's kid:
Scorpius: He'll lkely end up marrying Rose and finally bringing the Malfoys - Potters - Weasleys together and HEY! as it turned out, Draco, Harry and Ron did have a lot in common after all - they all love Quidditch and sit around watching Albus and yep Scorpius too because he also becomes a famous Quidditch player.
George and Angelina's kid:
Fred: A prankster maximum like his dad, he is popular and well liked and advocates many changes around Hogwarts that actually happen. Later he works for the Ministry - through a myriad of offices and finally ends up the Minister of Magic.
And that is as much as I can divine for now...

I'm sure they do their share of rule breaking. I imagine at least one of the boys would follow in Harry's footsteps and become an auror.
idk if i could see any of them going dark but it would be interesting.
